The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold options, ensuring we started our day off right.

Had a great Xmas stay at a hotel in Prague. The location was perfect, right next to a train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. the view from the room was amazing, overlooking a museum and opera house.

The shower pressure was weak and the toilet was cramped in the corner. Some of the furniture looked outdated.

We had an unforgettable luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, including the private facilities. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. the buffet breakfast was outstanding. the staff provided exceptional service, meeting all of our requests. the location advantages provided us with a stunning view of the city.

I had an amazing stay at a 5-star hotel in the heart of the city. My corner room had amazing views of Wenceslas Square, thanks to the full-length windows. The staff were friendly and even welcomed me with a chilled sparkling white wine. They were always ready to assist with taxis and even provided umbrellas on a rainy day. The hotel felt newly built and had reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again.
